How billing works
Paid plans bill through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. One subscription covers your account across the suite. Cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and does not renew after.
Refunds
Where the law gives you a refund right, you have it. Beyond that, if something went wrong — a double charge, a renewal you did not want — write to support@stacklumen.com and we will sort it out reasonably.
