How can we help?
Use this form to contact our agency.
How a partnership starts
Deliberately lightweight. Most partners send their first referral within a week of the initial conversation.
Step 01
You tell us what you do
Your service line, the clients you work with, and the gap you keep running into. That gap is usually where the partnership makes sense.
Step 02
We agree the terms
Referral, white-label or joint delivery, plus rates and who owns the client relationship. Written down before either side commits to anything.
Step 03
You send the first one
We treat it exactly like a direct enquiry — a reply within one business day and a fixed scope if it is a fit, with you copied throughout.
Step 04
We keep you in the loop
You see progress and get paid on collection. If we think a referral is better served elsewhere, we say so rather than taking it anyway.
Three ways this usually works
Pick whichever fits how involved you want to be. All three reach the same inbox.
Referral partner
Send work, stay out of delivery
You introduce a client who needs web or software work, then step back. You earn 20% of what we collect, for the life of the engagement.
Send a project briefWhite-label
We build under your brand
For design and marketing teams who need engineering capacity. We stay off the client calls entirely and deliver into your process.
Ask about supportJoint delivery
We work alongside your team
For larger projects where you own strategy or design and need a build partner who will not try to take the account off you afterwards.
Explore the ecosystemThe fastest way to lose a referral partner is to take the client off them. We do not do it, we put that in writing, and it is the reason our partners keep sending work.

Why partners work with us
We are a build team, not a full-service agency. For most partners that makes us a complement rather than a competitor.
We do not compete with you
We do not sell strategy, brand or media buying. If that is your business, we are not going to appear in your accounts six months later selling it.
Published rates
Builds start at $3,000 and applications at $15,000. You can quote with confidence instead of waiting on us for a number every time.
Paid on collected revenue
20% of what we actually collect, across the life of the engagement rather than the first invoice only. Non-exclusive, with no quota attached.
We can stay invisible
Under a white-label arrangement we never contact your client directly, and everything ships under your brand and through your process.
Fixed scope protects you
Your client gets a written scope and a fixed price. Overruns never become your problem, because there is nothing to overrun into.
Straight answers about fit
If a referral is not right for us, you hear it in the first reply rather than watching us accept it and do a mediocre job with your name attached.
Partnership questions
What partners ask before signing anything. The terms in full live on the partner program page.
How much does a referral pay?
20% of the revenue we collect on the engagement, across its lifetime rather than the first invoice. Full terms are at stacklumen.com/partner-program.
Is it exclusive?
No. It is non-exclusive with no quota and no territory. Send one referral a year or one a week — the arrangement is identical either way.
Will you contact my client directly?
Only if you want us to. Under a white-label arrangement we stay off every call and every email, and deliver entirely through you.
Who owns the client relationship?
Whatever we agree in writing before the first referral. We do not change it afterwards, and we do not market to clients you introduced.
When do I get paid?
On collection rather than on invoice. Once the client pays us, your share goes out in the following payment run instead of waiting for project completion.
Do I need to be an agency?
No. Consultants, designers, developers and people who simply know a lot of business owners all refer work. There is no minimum and no application fee.
