YourVision, the brief a client answers in the Stacklumen Hub, drawn with its questions beside it: company, design style, colour, project type, timeline, and whether the site needs a CMS or logins. The answers fill a one-page brief. On Finish, the brief shows what follows: a first reply within one business day and a written proposal in 3 business days, from $3,000 for a web build or $15,000 for custom software. A short demo plays through the steps; the pause button stops it, and every question can be answered by hand.

How can we help?

New work of any size: a website, an application, an upgrade or paid media. The person who reads it is the person who scopes it.

What happens after you hit send

The same six steps every engagement follows, and you know where you stand after the first one. Read the whole process.

  1. Brief

    Reply within one business day

You tell us the goal, the audience, the timeline and the constraints. Rough notes are fine. We read it the same day.

  2. Scope

    Proposal in 3 business days

A written scope with deliverables, a delivery date and one fixed fee. You sign it as it is or send it back with changes.

  3. Kickoff

    Day 1

A shared project channel and tracker, and one kickoff meeting to walk through the plan. Everything after it is written down.

  4. Build

    Weekly demos

You see working software on a staging link each week and leave feedback on the build itself, not in an email thread.

  5. Launch

    Cut-over day

A rehearsed cut-over in a short go window, with the team watching the first days live and fixing anything on the spot.

  6. After

    60 days included

Sixty days of post-launch fixes come with every build. Then a support plan, a handover to your team, or a clean exit.

Before you write to us

The questions that come up most often. If yours is not here, ask it in the form. It gets answered either way.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day, including on the enquiries we turn down. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder and then email support@stacklumen.com directly.

What does a project cost?

Website builds start at $3,000. Applications with accounts, data and integrations start at $15,000. Either way you get a fixed number in writing before work begins.

How long does a build take?

Most websites run two to six weeks from kickoff. Applications depend on scope, and the delivery date is part of the written scope rather than an estimate that moves.

Do you work with clients outside the US?

Yes. We work remotely across most time zones and keep decisions in writing, so progress never depends on everyone being in the same room at the same hour.

Can you take over an existing project?

Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of the current codebase so both sides know exactly what they are walking into before committing to anything ongoing.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, as a monthly retainer covering maintenance, updates and a set amount of development time. It is optional: nothing you own stops working if you decline it.
