The questions an enterprise brief usually comes with. Anything else, ask in the form.
What should the brief include?
What you run today, roughly how many pages and editors, the requirements that matter and when it has to be done. The questions in the form cover most of it, and rough notes are fine.
Can you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes, as part of scoping and at no cost. Our current practices, including what we do not have yet, are documented on the security page.
Security practicesDo you sign an NDA, or work under our paper?
Yes to an NDA. Our services terms are public, and we are equally willing to work under your paper instead.
Read the termsHow are enterprise engagements priced?
Applications start at $15,000 and enterprise engagements are scoped individually. You receive a fixed written figure before anything is committed.
Who delivers an enterprise build?
Our enterprise team. While Terminal is in private alpha, every enterprise build is scoped, engineered and supported by that team directly.
How enterprise builds workSomething is broken on a site you already run.
Support is the faster door for that. It has its own form and its own reply target, and if a site we host is fully down, we aim to answer the same day.
