It covers everything: hosting, tool and software costs, database upkeep, ongoing updates, and small changes. $100/month for small businesses, $300/month for medium businesses. No separate host bills, no surprises, no long-term contract — cancel with 30 days’ notice.

- For teams of 20–500 employees. The same all-inclusive plan at the scale, traffic, and support a growing organization needs. One number, billed monthly.
Over 500 employees? Organizations with more than 500 employees or enterprise requirements get a custom plan. Talk to us and we’ll scope it to your infrastructure and support needs.

The monthly fee is all-inclusive. There’s no separate hosting bill and nothing passed through — the real costs of keeping a live product running are bundled into one flat number.
Tool & software costs
The tools, platforms, licenses, and third-party software fees the build depends on — covered, so you don’t assemble and pay for the whole stack yourself.
Database upkeep
Database, storage, and backend upkeep — the ongoing infrastructure and software fees required to run apps and tools, bundled into the flat fee.
Updates & small changes
Routine software and content updates plus small changes — copy tweaks, component adjustments, and keeping the build aligned with current standards.
Dependency & security patching
Keeping libraries, packages, and frameworks current — including security patching so the app stays safe as the ecosystem moves.
Management & a team on call
Day-to-day monitoring and a maintained relationship — someone who knows your build and can respond when something needs attention.
Built in Terminal. Hosted with it.
We build client sites in Terminal, our own site builder, and the platform your site runs on is part of the fee. Apps run on it too, through Terminal Cloud: every change previewed before it merges, from the browser or from StackIDE on the desktop.
A short demo of StackIDE, the Stacklumen desktop app, plays: the command palette opens Cloud, where Northgate portal is cloned, run on the computer, previewed at tablet and phone widths, inspected to its source, changed, shipped for review and merged live (Cloud is by application; this workspace is approved).
- Built in Terminal
- Published from Stacklumen’s own platform, which runs on Vercel: a staging link on publish, the site’s own domain with a managed certificate, and every deployment kept and rollable.
- Apps and tools
- Any application we built for you, with its database and the services it depends on, maintained under the same plan.
- Apps on Terminal Cloud
- An app built from its GitHub repository and served at a path on its site or on a domain of its own. Every pull request builds a preview, a merge builds production with its log in view, and an earlier build goes back live in one step: from Terminal on the web, or from the Cloud screen in StackIDE, the Stacklumen desktop app. Terminal Cloud is by application for now.
Which tier fits.
Your plan is set by the size of your business, measured by employee count. If you’re between stages, we’ll place you on the tier that matches your usage and support needs.
- Small
- Under 20 employees — $100/month. Small businesses, solo operators, and early-stage teams. The full all-inclusive plan at the entry rate.
- Medium
- 20–500 employees — $300/month. Established and growing organizations with more traffic, more to maintain, and higher support expectations.
- Enterprise
- Over 500 employees — custom. We scope a tailored plan around your infrastructure, compliance, and support requirements. Talk to us for a quote.
- Domains
- Domain registration and any optional third-party services you specifically request (premium APIs, media licenses) sit outside the plan and are paid to those providers.

Billing cycle
Your flat monthly fee — $100 or $300 depending on company size — is billed monthly and covers everything. There are no separate host invoices or pass-through charges.

Starts at handover
The plan begins when your build goes live under Stacklumen’s management. Hosting & maintenance is required for every site and app we host going forward — it’s what keeps your product online, secure, and current.

Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days’ notice. No long-term contract, and no pro-rata refund applies to a mid-cycle cancellation.

Handover
On cancellation we provide a reasonable handover of the deliverable. After that, ongoing hosting, updates, and maintenance become your responsibility.
