Stacklumen,
on your phone.
The Hub and Terminal work on any phone or tablet. Add Stacklumen to your home screen and it opens like an app: full screen, on your dashboard, under its own icon. Pick your device and browser to see exactly where to tap.
Safari on iPhone
On iOS 18 and earlier, Share is the square with an arrow in Safari’s toolbar.
Chrome on iPhone
Needs iOS 16.4 or later. On some versions Share is under ••• instead.
Firefox on iPhone
Edge on iPhone
DuckDuckGo on iPhone
No Share beside the address? Tap ••• in the toolbar and Share is there.
Brave on iPhone
Brave on iPhone and iPad has no Add to Home Screen yet, so Safari makes the icon. Stacklumen then opens as its own app.
Safari on iPad
On iPadOS 26, if Share is not in the toolbar, tap ••• beside the address and Share is there.
Chrome on iPad
Needs iOS 16.4 or later. On some versions Share is under ••• instead.
Firefox on iPad
Edge on iPad
DuckDuckGo on iPad
No Share beside the address? Tap ••• in the toolbar and Share is there.
Brave on iPad
Brave on iPhone and iPad has no Add to Home Screen yet, so Safari makes the icon. Stacklumen then opens as its own app.
Chrome on Android phone or tablet
If Chrome asks whether to install or create a shortcut, pick Install. Some versions say Install app in the menu instead.
Samsung Internet on Android phone or tablet
Firefox on Android phone or tablet
Firefox may call it Add app to Home screen, or keep ⋮ in a bar at the bottom.
Brave on Android phone or tablet
With Brave’s bar at the bottom, ⋮ is at the bottom right. Some versions say Install app.
DuckDuckGo on Android phone or tablet
Edge on Android phone or tablet
Older versions of Edge call it Add to Home screen.
On a computer? Open stacklumen.com/mobile on your phone and follow along there.
It opens like an app.
The icon on your home screen is Stacklumen itself, the same account and the same workspace, without the browser around it.
Full screen
No address bar and no tabs. Stacklumen opens on its own, under its own icon, and sits in the app switcher beside your other apps.
Opens on your dashboard
Whichever page you added it from, the icon opens your dashboard. Sign in once inside it and it keeps you signed in.
Every screen fits
The Hub and Terminal’s dashboard, with your sites, clients, projects, chat and settings, lay out for the width they have, from a small phone to a tablet.
The designer waits for room
Designing a page needs space, so Terminal’s designer asks for a screen at least 1024px wide. Everything around it works on a phone.
Questions.
I can’t find Add to Home Screen.
On iPhone and iPad it’s in the share sheet: scroll the list of actions to the end. If it still isn’t there, tap Edit Actions at the bottom of the list and add it. Chrome, Firefox, Edge and DuckDuckGo on iPhone need iOS 16.4 or later to offer it. On Android it’s in the browser’s menu, and some browsers call it Install app or Add to phone.
Do I have to sign in again?
Usually once. iPhone and iPad keep an app on the home screen signed in separately from the browser, so sign in the first time you open it and it remembers you after that. On Android it usually shares the browser’s sign-in.
Which browser should I use?
The one you already use. On iPhone and iPad every browser on this page makes the same app, except Brave, which can’t add to the home screen yet, so Safari does that one step. On Android, add it from the browser you want it to open in.
Does it need updating?
No. The icon opens the same Stacklumen you use in a browser, so it is always the current version. There is nothing to download and nothing to update.
Does it work on a tablet?
Yes. iPad has its own steps above, and Android tablets follow the Android ones. Every screen lays out for the tablet’s width.
How do I remove it?
Touch and hold the icon, then choose to remove or uninstall it. Your account and your work stay exactly as they are: they live in Stacklumen, not on the phone.
Keep Stacklumen one tap away.
Open stacklumen.com on your phone, sign in, and add it to your home screen.
