Let's build something.
Tell us about your project: the goal, the timeline, the constraints. We come back within one business day with a clear next step or a clean "no, here's why."
How can we help?

You tell us the goal, the audience, the timeline and the constraints. Rough notes are fine. We read it the same day.

A written scope with deliverables, a delivery date and one fixed fee. You sign it as it is or send it back with changes.
-

A shared project channel and tracker, and one kickoff meeting to walk through the plan. Everything after it is written down.
-

Weekly demos
You see working software on a staging link each week and leave feedback on the build itself, not in an email thread.
-
Launch
Cut-over day
A rehearsed cut-over in a short go window, with the team watching the first days live and fixing anything on the spot.
-
After
60 days included
Sixty days of post-launch fixes come with every build. Then a support plan, a handover to your team, or a clean exit.
Not sure where to start?
Every enquiry reaches the same inbox, so you do not have to pick correctly. This is simply what tends to come through the door.
Websites, web apps and internal tools
Marketing sites, client portals, dashboards and the integrations behind them. Website builds start at $3,000; applications start at $15,000.

Inherited a codebase nobody wants to touch, or need something fixed on a site we already run? Support has its own form and its own reply target.

Using Terminal, the Hub, Baselumen or Operalumen and need a hand? Product questions reach the same inbox and are answered by the people who built them.

The questions that come up most often. If yours is not here, ask it in the form. It gets answered either way.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, including on the enquiries we turn down. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder and then email support@stacklumen.com directly.
What does a project cost?
Website builds start at $3,000. Applications with accounts, data and integrations start at $15,000. Either way you get a fixed number in writing before work begins.
How long does a build take?
Most websites run two to six weeks from kickoff. Applications depend on scope, and the delivery date is part of the written scope rather than an estimate that moves.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely across most time zones and keep decisions in writing, so progress never depends on everyone being in the same room at the same hour.
Can you take over an existing project?
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of the current codebase so both sides know exactly what they are walking into before committing to anything ongoing.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, as a monthly retainer covering maintenance, updates and a set amount of development time. It is optional: nothing you own stops working if you decline it.
