The service providers the platform runs on. Data goes to these and nowhere else.

Current providers

  • Vercel — hosting, server functions and delivery for the site and the apps, with functions in the US East region. Processes request data such as IP address and browser details.
  • Supabase — the Postgres database and file storage, in the US East region. Holds account, workspace and content data.
  • Clerk — sign-in and account management. Holds names, email addresses and sign-in credentials.
  • Stripe — payments and billing. Holds billing details and card data; full card numbers never reach us.
  • Resend — transactional email, such as enquiry receipts, support replies and account notices. Processes recipient addresses and message content.
  • Mailchimp — the newsletter and download requests, for people who sign up. Processes names and email addresses.
  • Printful — fulfilment of merchandise orders. Processes the name and shipping address on an order.

Analytics are first-party and stored in our own database, so no analytics or error-reporting provider is listed. If this list changes in a way that affects your data, we will update this page. Questions: support@stacklumen.com.
